Complex structures hindering innovation in Flanders

Innovation tools and instruments aiming at stimulating Flemish enterprises to innovate are various, fragmented and complex.  Therefore companies no longer see the wood for the trees. SERV pleads for simplification and streamlining of the Flemish innovation structures. In this respect the new Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship should play a key role
